1. Information we collect

Account and profile details you provide: name, email, company name, business address and phone number.

Marketplace content you create: AdSpace listings, uploaded artwork, bookings, messages to Ad Hosts and link pages.

Usage information such as page views, QR code scans and link clicks on your advertisement, kept as aggregate counts.

2. How we use it

To run the marketplace: show relevant AdSpaces, take bookings, schedule playback, screen artwork against our Content Policy and pay Ad Hosts.

To keep the platform safe: fraud prevention, moderation, review records and enforcement of our terms.

To support you: service notifications about your bookings, artwork reviews and billing.

3. Payments

Card payments and Ad Host payouts are handled by Stripe. Ad Flaunt never sees or stores full card numbers or bank account details.

We keep records of what was charged, refunded or paid out so we can show your billing history.

4. What others can see

Ad Hosts see the artwork booked for their screen and the booking dates, not your private account details.

Advertisers see public AdSpace listing information, never the Ad Host's private contact or payout details.

Anything you publish on your advertiser link page is public by design.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers who run parts of the platform on our behalf, including hosting, database, payments and AI processing used for recommendations, area estimates and artwork screening.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the platform. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and security

We keep account, booking, payment and compliance records for as long as your account is active and afterwards where needed for legal, tax or dispute purposes.

Access is restricted with authentication and row-level database rules so you can reach only your own data. Uploaded artwork and screen photos are stored privately and served through short-lived links.

7. Your choices

You can review and update your profile details in your account, and unpublish a link page at any time.

To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, contact privacy@adflaunt.com. Some records must be retained for legal and financial reasons.

8. Children and changes

Ad Flaunt is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by a new date on this page.
