Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Ad Flaunt by advertisers and Ad Hosts. Please also read the Privacy Policy and the Content Policy.

1. What Ad Flaunt is
Ad Flaunt is a marketplace that connects advertisers with Ad Hosts who own physical screens inside real businesses. Screens are listed as AdSpaces and booked by the day.
Ad Flaunt does not create, design or modify advertising artwork. Advertisers upload their own artwork and are solely responsible for it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Every account starts as an advertiser. Ad Host capability is added when you list an AdSpace; it does not replace your advertiser capability.
3. Bookings
Ad Hosts set the price per day and the minimum and maximum booking length for each AdSpace. A maximum of four advertisers may share one AdSpace on a given day, and each advertisement receives a 15-second playback slot.
A reservation holds your days only for a limited time before payment. Unpaid reservations expire and the days return to the marketplace.
4. Payments and booking fee
Payments are processed by Stripe. Ad Flaunt adds a booking fee on top of the Ad Host's daily price; the exact amount is always shown before you pay.
By completing checkout you authorise the charge for the full total shown, including the booking fee and any applicable taxes.
5. Artwork, approval and playback
Artwork must meet the specifications of the selected AdSpace and comply with the Ad Flaunt Content Policy. Artwork is screened automatically and may be reviewed by a person before it can play.
An Ad Host may decline artwork for their own screen. Only paid, approved and compliant artwork is scheduled for playback.
6. Advertiser link pages (QR destination)
Each advertisement may publish an Ad Flaunt link page reached by the QR code shown on screen. You are solely responsible for everything on that page and for every destination it links to. Ad Flaunt does not create, edit or approve your page content.
Your link page and its destinations must comply with the Ad Flaunt Content Policy at all times. They must not contain or lead to: adult or sexual content; weapons; illegal drugs; tobacco, vape or cannabis sales; unlicensed alcohol or gambling offers; hate speech, harassment or violence; profanity; illegal products or services; deceptive, misleading or unsubstantiated claims (including guaranteed income, miracle cures or fake urgency); phishing, malware, or credential or payment collection through pages you do not control; or content that infringes another party's copyright or trademark.
You must not use a link page to impersonate another business, to collect payments or personal data without a lawful basis and a published privacy notice, to redirect visitors to content that differs from what the advertisement promises, or to change the destination after publication so that it becomes non-compliant ('bait and switch'). Every link must resolve to a working, safe destination you own or are authorised to promote.
Ad Flaunt AI automatically reviews published link pages for policy issues and Ad Flaunt staff may review them at any time. This review is a monitoring aid, not an approval, endorsement or legal clearance of your page.
If a link page breaks these rules, Ad Flaunt may unpublish the page, remove the QR watermark, stop the advertisement from playing, withhold or reverse related payouts, and suspend or terminate the account, without refund where the breach caused the stoppage. Repeated or deliberate breaches result in permanent removal from the marketplace.
You are responsible for all laws that apply to your page, including advertising, consumer-protection, privacy and accessibility law, and you indemnify Ad Flaunt and Ad Hosts against claims arising from your link page or its destinations.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a reservation before its first day and before the artwork has been approved; eligible cancellations are refunded in full.
Once artwork has been approved, the reservation can no longer be cancelled.
8. Ad Host responsibilities
Ad Hosts must have the right to display advertising on the screens they list, must keep listing details accurate, and must keep screens working during booked days.
Ad Hosts are responsible for reviewing and approving the artwork shown on their screens, for communicating directly with advertisers about their content and bookings, and for making sure their screen is running and displaying advertisements correctly during booked days. Ad Flaunt does not approve artwork or operate screens on a Host's behalf.
Ad Host earnings are released after a booking's final day and are paid out through Stripe. Ad Flaunt retains its booking fee.
9. New AdSpace launch pricing ($1 for one slot a day, for 30 days)
Each AdSpace carries up to four advertiser slots per day. For an AdSpace's first 30 days, counted from the day the listing is created, one slot per day is sold at $1.00: the first advertiser to reserve a given day pays $1.00 for that day. This launch rate is mandatory for all Ad Hosts and is set and held by Ad Flaunt's systems.
The remaining three slots on that day, and every slot after the 30-day launch period, are charged at the price per day set by the Ad Host. A price change applies only to new bookings — reservations already made keep the rate they were booked at.
Ad Flaunt's booking fee is charged as the same percentage on every reservation and on any paid add-on, including launch-priced days.
Ad Flaunt's booking fee, payout timing, approval and compliance rules apply during the launch period exactly as they do afterwards. Attempting to work around launch pricing — for example by relisting the same screen to reset it, or by asking advertisers to pay outside Ad Flaunt — may result in the listing or account being paused or removed.
10. Prohibited use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing or policy-violating content, misrepresent your business, interfere with screens or systems, or attempt to bypass approval, compliance or payment controls.
Ad Flaunt may pause, remove or refuse any listing, artwork or account that breaks these terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Ad Flaunt provides the marketplace as-is and does not guarantee audience numbers, business results, or uninterrupted screen operation.
Automated screening is a moderation aid, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance with advertising law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Flaunt's liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new date on this page and continued use means acceptance.
